Stacy Gibson, PT, DPT

Hey there! I’m Stacy Gibson, your guide to better health, inside and out. With over 22 years of experience in fitness and wellness, I am ready to help you find the strength to live your best life!

My journey began in 2002 when I graduated with a BS in Exercise Science/Kinesiology from Mississippi University for Women. From there, I worked as a personal trainer and wellness instructor, creating custom fitness plans and leading workout classes for women. Here, I didn’t just target weight loss. I helped improve cardiovascular health, spiritual clarity, and mental calm.

In 2009, I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Oakland University in Michigan, and I’ve been practicing ever since. For over 15 years, I have been helping clients of all ages and backgrounds address a wide range of conditions.

I firmly believe that change starts with a mindset shift. How we see ourselves truly affects what we’re able to achieve. That’s why I am committed to creating a supportive environment where you feel motivated, challenged, and inspired to grow.
