What We Cover
Our 30 minutes zoom workouts blend cardio, strength, and flexibility training all at once. They are full body workouts designed to build endurance, enhance muscle mass, and make daily movements easier. We start with an active warm up to get the body and muscles ready for the workout. After a successful session, the trainer will end at cool down and recovery, again, with stretches to ease you through any stiffness or soreness. Whether you’re trying to build a lean form, lose weight, or just start exercising, our zoom workouts are the perfect place to get your heart pumping and test your stamina.
