Group Fitness Classes Online
Join us from the comfort of your home on Zoom! Our 30-minute online exercise classes for women are the best way to start the day.
These online workout classes for women include:
- Cardio
- Strength training
- Stretching and flexibility
- Motivation and support
Timing and Cost:
- From Monday to Thursday, an online workout class for womenis held at 7:00 AM
- $10 per class and payment is required before the start of class.
- Once payment is received, we’ll send a Zoom link via email or text.

In-Person Workout Classes for Women
Want to connect face-to-face? Join our in-person group fitness classes for women every Saturday morning at 8 AM! These dynamic 45-minute classes don’t just help you build strength. They increase endurance and leave you feeling amazing.
